Mahoning Co. coroner identifies South side hit-and-run victim

The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has identified the name of the apparent hit-and-run victim from last Sunday on Rosedale Avenue in Youngstown.

The female was identified as 46-year-old, Meschelle Alli.

An autopsy will be conducted. 

The incident remains under investigation by the Youngstown Police Department.
