The teenager wanted for the murder of a 26-year-old mother of four has a lengthy criminal history, according to court records.
Police issued a warrant for Noel Flores, 19, for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of Ashante Kirksey at her home on Francis Avenue SE in Warren.
Warren Municipal Court records show Flores (DOB 2/27/2004), of Martin Street, having previous cases of felonious assault and criminal trespass against him.
21 News reported that Warren Police were looking for Flores, then 18, for his alleged connection to an April 24, 2022, shooting in the Warren Heights area. The 17-year-old victim in that shooting was treated for what the police report described as a major traumatic injury.

Court records show a warrant was issued for Flores in the felonious assault case on April 28, 2022.
Flores was on probation after serving two months in the Trumbull County Jail for an August 2023 aggravated menacing incident at the Royal Mall apartment complex in Niles, according to court records.
In addition to the jail sentence, a judge in Niles Municipal Court banned Flores from owning firearms and ordered him to stay away from the victim and the Royal Mall.
Trumbull County Jail records show that Flores was just released on November 4, 2023.
Warren Councilwoman Cheryl Saffold, who described Kirksey as an extended family member, said it is her understanding that Kirksey's boyfriend was the intended target.
Neighbors reported hearing several gunshots at around 2 a.m. Saturday, followed by the sound of screams.
Soon after shots were fired one man ran across nearby yards down the street, with another man running after him.
The 26-year-old licensed practical nurse had moved into the home about two weeks ago, according to neighbors.
