Warren woman awaits sentencing for role in ETI Technical College fraud

WARREN, Ohio -

A Warren woman has pleaded guilty to her part in an alleged scheme to defraud several students at ETI Technical College.

Khymoni Honzu appeared in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on Thursday and pleaded guilty to forgery and attempted counterfeiting.

Honzu, 26, was charged along with six other people for an alleged scheme that began in February and defrauded $36,000 from the school.

A sentencing date for Honzu will be set later.
