Mercer County roller-skating rink permanently closing its doors

A Mercer County roller-skating rink is closing its doors. 

Papa Wheely's, a roller-skating rink and arcade, announced on their Facebook page that they are permanently closing this month. 

The social media post states, "This decision was not made lightly, and it comes after considerable reflection and evaluation of our current circumstances." 

"The decision to close stems from a combination of factors that have made it challenging for us to continue operations. This closure is in no way a reflection of the support and love we have received from you, our cherished patrons." 

The post concludes with the business thanking it's customers, and offering them best wishes. 

Papa Wheely's will officially close Monday, December 18.
