One taken to hospital after explosion on Belmont Ave. in Youngstown

First responders in Youngstown are on scene of an incident near the Domestic Uniform Rental company on Belmont Avenue.

Sar far, one person has been taken to the hospital by ambulance. Another person was hurt, but was not transported to the hospital.

In the initial scanner traffic, callers reported hearing the sound of an explosion in the area.

Youngstown Fire officials tell 21 News a malfunction with one of the machines caused an explosion and fire and crews are currently working to get everything under control.
