New information from police reveals that a woman murdered in Liverpool Township had been missing days before her body was found.
According to a police report, murder victim Tiffany Morrison was last seen on Monday, December 18. It wasn't until two days later when police found her body in a shed in the backyard of a home on the 1600 Block of Shadyside Avenue.
Her cause of death was later confirmed to be a singular gunshot wound by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office after an autopsy. Following this, Tiffany's husband Christopher Morrison was arrested and charged with murder.
According to a police report, Christopher had allegedly confessed to a close friend that he had murdered his wife and hid her body in the shed. Police say the two had been dealing with marital problems.
Christopher was arrested on Thursday and arraigned in court Friday morning. His bond has been set at $1.5 million. He's due back in court on December 28 for a preliminary hearing.
