One taken to hospital in head-on crash involving UPS truck in Lowellville

One person was taken to the hospital for observation after a car accident on Kennedy road in Lowellville.

It happened around noon and involved a UPS Truck and a black Cadillac that appeared to have collided head on with each other.

Officials tell a 21 News reporter on scene that wet conditions contributed to the crash, causing the UPS driver to lose control and drift into the center.

No other injuries were reported.
