Traffic stopped on 680 after vehicle flips after hitting guardrail

Crews are on scene of an accident on Interstate 680 where a vehicle flipped on its side. 

Youngstown police and fire are on scene between the Meridian and Belle Vista exits. 

A vehicle traveling Southbound on I-680 hit a guardrail, causing it to flip onto its side. 

A separate crash on 680 Southbound has caused traffic to stall on the 711 Southbound ramp.
