Ohio State's Archie Griffin to get statue at Rose Bowl Stadium

Archie Griffin , the only two time winner of the Heisman Trophy is being honored with a statue at Rose Bowl Stadium.

He played in four straight Rose Bowls, the only player to do so and was a three time All American, winning the Heisman in 1974 & 1975.

The new statue is being placed at the stadium's Court of Champions and is being created to highlight the 19 Heisman Trophy winners who played in the Rose Bowl game.

A dedication and unveiling is scheduled for mid August.
