Ohio Senator Michael Rulli has announced that the All Ohio Future Fund is now open and accepting applications from Valley communities to help develop site-ready locations for future economic development projects.

The fund dedicates $750 million to local communities to help them prepare sites and attract new transformational businesses. Rulli says the funding will provide many parts of Ohio the opportunity to create life-changing opportunities.

"Ohio is the best place to do business in the country. We have access to so many resources and a workforce that is ready to work," Rulli said.

Eligible costs for funding include infrastructure costs like public road work, water / wastewater and related infrastructure, design and engineering, demolition, wetland mitigation, utility-gap funding and much more.

Eligible applicants include counties, cities, villages, townships, port authorities, community improvement corporations, conservancy and park districts or other similar park authorities, land reutilization corporations, nonprofit organizations, transportation improvement districts and organizations for profit willing to develop project-ready sites to improve the economic welfare of the people of the State of Ohio.

Proposals must be submitted to AOFF@development.ohio.gov and will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until funding is used up.
