If you couldn't make or receive mobile phone calls Thursday morning, you're not alone. Thousands of customers from major wireless companies reported service outages Thursday morning.
According to the wireless service tracking website downdetector.com, the most extensive outages were reported by AT&T customers.
As of 4 a.m., Downdetector reported more than 31,000 complaints from across the country.
However, other providers including Cricket, Verizon, and T-Mobile reported having no signal on their mobile devices.
