There's a bike sharing service coming to Youngstown and they want you to come celebrate its grand opening.

YoGo BikeShare is hosting a grand opening event at the Youngstown Flea on April 13.

The free event will include a community bike ride featuring the company's e-bikes, music from Loud 102.3's DJ Chip Banks and food from Big Dude's Smoked Meats.

The family-owned business says its goal is to connect the community in an environmentally friendly, cost-effective way.

Its stations are located near the Youngstown Flea at 5th Ave and Federal Street, CycWard Bike Shop at 1205 Elm Street, West Commerce Street at Erie Terminal and Emily Alley at the Youngstown Foundation Ampitheatre.

About 30 bikes will be available, the first 15 minutes of ride will be free for first-time riders and the first 20 minutes will be free for first-time annual subscribers. There will be three rates to choose from, casual, daily or annual.

Hours of operation will be 7:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily with the latest checkout being 9:30 p.m.
