Youngstown City School's hosting registration event, craft show Saturday

Youngstown City School District is holding a kindergarten and preschool registration event, as well as it's first ever craft show. 

The Department of Childhood Education is holding a preschool and kindergarten registration event Saturday, March 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m at Choffin Career and Technical Center at 200 E Wood Street. 

Here's what families should be prepared to bring: 

- Child's Birth Certificate

- Current Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease, or deed)

- Parent/Guardian ID

- Child's Immunization Records

- Proof of Income (2 consecutive pay stubs dated in March or W2)

- Medical Action Plan (if applicable for asthma, allergies, etc. *Medical Statements are required within 30 days of enrollment.

In addition to the enrollment event, East Middle School is hosting its inaugural craft show from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at 940 Bryn Mawr Avenue.

Over twenty vendors will sell a variety of handmade crafts and goods, including jewelry, baked treats, Easter baskets, and more. There will also be a raffle for crafts, vendor items, and a new bicycle.
