East Liverpool High School football field flooded, no long-term damage anticipated

The Mahoning Valley has seen quite a bit of flooding events within the past few days, and a football stadium in East Liverpool is the latest victim.

Our 21 News crews in the area found Patterson Field, which hosts East Liverpool High School football games flooded Thursday afternoon. 

East Liverpool Athletic Director Jason Duke tells 21 News there looks to be about three to four inches of water on the field.

Duke tells us he does not expect any long-term damage to the field as a result of the incident.
