Postal Service holding May job fairs in Sharon, Mercer, New Castle

The U.S. Postal Service plans to conduct several hiring events in Sharon, Mercer, New Castle, and other parts of Western Pennsylvania for jobs with starting pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour.

Postal employees will be at the job fairs to provide information about the positions and to answer questions.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass drug screening and a background investigation. They must be available to work on weekends and holidays.

The job fairs are scheduled at the below times and locations to fill immediate openings for the following positions:

• City Carrier PTF - $22.18 per hour
• City Carrier Assistants (CCA’s) - $19.33 per hour
• Rural Carrier Associate - $20.38 per hour
• PSE Clerk - $20.48 per hour
• Mail Handler Assistant - $18.62 per hour
