Suspect in Youngstown murder brought from Atlanta to face charges

The suspect in a murder on Youngstown's Northside late last year has been brought back to the Valley to face charges.

Thirty-two-year-old Kaylon Adams was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Sunday, after being arrested in Atlanta, Georgia on May 9 by U.S. Marshals.

Adams was wanted for the murder of 29-year-old Christian Allan Oliver, whose body was found in the middle of Zentz Avenue in Youngstown on November 19. Police say Oliver had been shot several times.

Adams is charged with aggravated murder, felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm into a habilitation and having a weapon under disability.
