USPS postal rate increased again this year

U.S. Postal Service stamp rates are increasing for the second time this year. The new rates include a 5-cent increase for the price of First-Class Mail Forever stamp, changing it from 68 cents to now 73 cents. 

The new adjustments which are to take effect Monday, July 14th will raise products from mailing services to approx. 7.8%. 

U.S. Postal Service New Prices for July 2024:

Postal Service is seeking to make price adjustments also to special services products, which include certified mail and money order fees. 

As marketing mail and first class mail volume changes, price adjustments are necessary to have financial stability sought out by the organization's Delivering for America 10-year plan.
