Two Valley stores have been linked to a recall of edibles connected to illness and possibly two deaths.

Little Bros Smoke Shop in Warren and Glass Paper & Vapor in New Castle sold Diamond Shruumz products, which contained a micro dose of mushroom-infused edibles.

The products are being recalled because of a variety of severe symptoms being caused by the products. This includes seizures, loss of consciousness, confusion and sleepiness. Additionally, agitation, abnormal heart rates, hype/hypotension. nausea and vomiting may also happen, according to the FDA.

Products being recalled include Microdosing Chocolate Bars, Infused Cones and Micro-Dose and Mega-Dose/Extreme Gummies.

A total of 78 reports of illnesses have been reported from 28 states in connection with the drug. The FDA says 65 of the 78 people reported seeking medical care, 40 have been hospitalized and two deaths are potentially connected to the drug.

Both Pennsylvania and Ohio have two such reported cases, though it's not clear if either of the Valley stores are connected to them.

If you have these products, throw them away.
