Those who are looking for a fun filled weekend locally are in luck. The Warren Italian Festival is holding its 39th annual event.
The four-day event is held at Courthouse Square (High St. NW.)
The festival offers everything from authentic Italian food to live music and bocce tournaments.
There's also a kid's zone and artisan markets.
The event started Thursday, August 8th and will conclude Sunday, August 11.
The festival will run from 11:00a.m. to 11:00p.m. daily until Sunday.
Today's, Friday August 9th event rundown can be found below:
Organizers say the festival is a great way for the city to celebrate its Italian heritage, while supporting local business.
"We're one big family," Warren Italian Festival President Corey Hovance said. "To bring the businesses in as well, you know, everybody appreciates it, everyone benefits from it and it's just great for the community."
