VIDEO: Stolen U-Haul van with 4 dogs inside lead police on 100 mph chase through Trumbull, Mahoning Counties

Police in Youngstown have released body camera video of the chase and investigation of a stolen van carrying four dogs that led officers on a high-speed chase through two counties early Sunday.

The U-Haul van, one of several stolen in the city of Warren recently, was spotted on Belmont Avenue in Liberty at around 1 a.m.

When police tried to pull it over, it sped away, leading officers on a chase through Youngstown, Boardman, Struthers, and Campbell at speeds up to 100 miles per hour.

Police lost sight of the van near South and Lucius Avenues. It was found later abandoned along East Avondale Avenue in Youngstown.

The driver had fled. However, police found four dogs inside the van. One officer in the body camera video noted that one of the dogs appeared to be emaciated.

The dogs have been taken to the Mahoning County Dog Pound.

No suspects have been located and no charges have been filed yet. However, the Liberty Township Police Department Police Department provided 21 News with photos of a woman they believe to be the suspect.

Those photos can be found below and body camera videos from the chase and the investigation of the vehicle can be viewed above.
