FirstEnergy: Most of the 3,500 outages repaired in Trumbull County

Hundreds of homes and businesses spent part of late Wednesday morning without electricity.

According to the FirstEnergy website, 3,528 outages were reported as of 10:30 a.m. after a wire fell on a power line.

A spokesperson for the company tells 21 News that all but 1,000 customers were restored by 11 a.m. and crews were working to make the rest of the repairs needed.

Most of the outages were in the City of Warren and Warren Township.  However, the outages extend to parts of Braceville, Champion, Lordstown, Newton Falls, and Weathersfield.

As of 4 p.m. Wednesday, only one power outage is being reported in the entire county in the City of Warren.
