A Warren woman got a big surprise at work Tuesday.

Publishers Clearing House handed balloons and a $10,000 check to Phantom Fireworks Senior Executive Accountant Jenny Koupiaris.

Koupiaris said it was a huge surprise and had some advice for others looking to cash in.

"I would tell other people to play," Koupiaris said. "That's the only way you're going to win is if you play - and it doesn't cost you anything."

The Prize Patrol from Publishers Clearing House has awarded over $500 million in prizes nationwide.

This is the second time within the past year that someone from Warren has won.

In February, another person from Warren won $5,000 a week for life.
