Potential Development Elementary, Middle School closed Thursday

A Valley school is announcing it will be closed on Thursday due to water and sewage issues in the building.

Potential Development Elementary and Middle School will be closed on Thursday due to issues caused by ongoing construction by the city of Youngstown in front of the building, according to a post on the school's Facebook post.

The school is also closed on Friday from the previously scheduled  NEOEA Professional Day for staff.
