Voters approve Hubbard dispensary by two-thirds margin

Voters in the city of Hubbard approved an adult recreational use marijuana dispensary in an existing licensed medical dispensary at a facility at the 437 E. Liberty Street in the city, 2,677 for the facility, 1,375 against.

B Cubed Operations Ohio, which is known as A Cut Above or ACA Dispensary in Hubbard applied for its license in 2022 and was opened in late 2023.

Ohio voters approved marijuana legalization in the state in November of 2023 by a margin of 57.19% to 42.81%.

With an adult dispensary license, those over the age of 21 are allowed to purchase marijuana without a doctor’s prescription legally.
