Tuba Christmas, Holiday Craft Show returns to Stambaugh Auditorium December 1

Stambaugh Auditorium will be hosting the 51st annual Tuba Christmas concert along with its eighth annual Holiday Craft Show Sunday, December 1.

The fun kicks off at 11 a.m. Sunday with over 80 artisans showcasing a variety of items including holiday decor, baked goods, pet apparel, handmade artwork and holiday ornaments.

Vendors will be set up over three floors of the auditorium including the Jeanne D. Tyler Grand Ballroom and the Anne Christman Hall. There will also be a concession stand with hot and cold food items available.

The Tuba Christmas concert has been around since 1974 and this will be the 26th Tuba Christmas performance here in the Mahoning Valley. This will be the concert's seventh year at Stambaugh Auditorium.

The show will feature performances of traditional Christmas carols arranged by composer Alex Wilder from over 100 participating musicians from all age ranges.

Doors for the concert open at 3 p.m. and the show itself starts at 3:30.
