A Sebring man has been indicted as of December 12 by the Mahoning County grand Jury on charges of failing to register.

Sean Mills, now 35-years-old, was arrested when he was 26 for charges of gross sexual imposition.

The charges stemmed from Mills allegedly molesting a 12-year-old girl.

In related coverage by 21 News, "According to a police report, the girl told her mother she woke up from the feeling of a hand pulling from her and her underwear laying across from where she was sleeping."

The Mahoning County Grand Jury also issued a warrant for Mills' arrest for failure to register to the Mahoning County Sherriff.
