Wellsville murder suspect arraigned in Columbiana County Court
The suspect accused of murder in the death of a 30-year-old Wellsville man--appeared before a Columbiana County judge.
34-year old Jeno Wall, also known as Mally, plead not guilty to charges of aggravated murder, intimidation of a witness and firearm specifications.
It's all connected to the shooting death of 30-year old Robert Herron back in September. Wellsville Police found him behind the garage of a home in the city. He died from his wounds a day later.
In December the Columbiana County Grand Jury indicted Wall.
Wall's attorney representing him from the Jefferson County Jail, asked for evidence to be presented to them.
In the court room, members of the victims family who say the last several months have been hard and that the holidays have only accentuated that.
I'm pissed, I'm so mad and angry. It was so uncalled for. There was no reason to take my baby.", said and emotional Roberta Pratt, the victim's mother.
While the family continues to grieve, Roberta is confident that justice will run its course.
"I know without a doubt that every single person that was involved will be caught. I know they will.", she added.
Bond has been set at $1 Million. Jeno Wall is behind bars at the Jefferson County Jail on unrelated charges.
Columbiana County Prosecutor Vito Abruzzino says they'll object to any motion by the defense to reduce the bond amount.
