Neshannock Township police warn of alleged door-to-door scam
Police received a complaint about a woman described as a white female in her 20s or 30s with small framed brown hair coming up to someone's door claiming she works for DirecTV and asking for a copy of their bill.

The Neshannock Township Police Department is warning of a potential door-to-door scam in the area.
This warning comes after police received a complaint about a woman described as a white female in her 20s or 30s with small framed brown hair coming up to someone's door claiming she works for DirecTV and asking for a copy of their bill.
Police say when the person who answered the door asked for the woman's identity, she hurried up and fled in a small white SUV driven by someone else.
Police do not know what this alleged scammer's intentions were, but said they seemed suspicious. Police are reminding residents to be aware of any scams and to report any suspicious activity they see.
