Cyclist struck by car just outside downtown Youngstown

On Monday Youngstown Police responded to a call of a car vs bike collision.

Around 3:30pm a man was struck by a car while riding down the street at the intersection of Market St. and Hughes St. 

When they arrived on scene they found the operators of both vehicles and attended to the man on the bike who refused medical treatment. 

It's unclear whether any party sustained any injuries.
