Grove City woman allegedly supplied 14-year-old with marijuana, THC vape pens

A Grove City woman is set to appear in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas for two felony charges and a misdemeanor for allegedly supplying a juvenile with marijuana and THC vape pens.

Kimberly McIntyre, 34, is charged with endangering the welfare of children (F3), manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (F) and corruption of minors (M1) according to a criminal complaint against McIntyre.

According to the complaint, McIntyre allegedly smoked marijuana and THC vape pens with a 14-year-old victim on at least 10 occasions.

The victim says that McIntyre supplied her with the THC vape pens and marijuana on at least 10 occasions within McIntyre's home, according to the criminal complaint.

The complaint also alleges that McIntyre also supplied methamphetamine and marijuana to at least five different juvenile victims.

The criminal complaint alleges that McIntyre possessed marijuana and THC vape pens on or about October 2024 through December 2024 with intent to distribute them to the 14-year-old victim.

According to an affidavit with the complaint, the Grove City Police Department seized crystal meth, marijuana and THC vape pens from McIntyre's residence on November 25, 2024 as a result of a search warrant.

According to docket information, McIntyre is set to be arraigned on June 24 at 9 a.m.
