Lisbon BMV reopens after temporary closure Monday

The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) office in Lisbon has reopened Tuesday after temporarily closing on Monday.

A viewer had reached out to 21 News Monday afternoon informing us that a sign was posted on the door of the Lisbon BMV office only reading "this location is temporarily closed" with no reason given as to why.

An employee at the Lisbon location confirmed with 21 News that the building is back open and serving customers as of Tuesday. 

The employee tells 21 News the reason for Monday's closure was that the building did not have any water.
