West Federal Street in Youngstown closed Wednesday

A notice sent out by the Youngstown Department of Public Works announced that a section of West Federal Street in Youngstown will be closed Wednesday, May 14.

According to the announcement, the intersection of Phelps Street and West Federal Street will be closed between approximately 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The reason for the closure is attributed to the placement of HVAC equipment on Wick Tower.

The closures will be in effect on West Federal Street between Hazel Street and Market Street.

Additionally, the closure will be effect on Phelps Street between West Federal Street and West Boardman Street.

Detours will be posted.
