Water rescue training planned for Sunday in Craig Beach

If you are near Lake Milton State Park Marina on Sunday in Craig Beach, don't be alarmed by all the fire departments and EMS vehicles in the area.

Milton and Jackson Township Fire Departments, along with the Craig Beach Fire Department, will conduct a water rescue exercise. The Portage County Water Rescue Team will join the training session around 11 am. 

The departments will be set up near the amphitheater and will have a mock drowning (using a dummy). The area will be taped off for safety, but the public is welcome to watch.
