Struthers driver headed to International School Bus Road-E-O

Struthers City Schools bus driver Ryan Dunn will compete in the International School Bus Safety Road-E-O in Austin, Texas, on June 28 and 29.

Dunn qualified for the international competition after placing first out of 42 drivers at the Ohio State School Bus Road-E-O. The state event tests the driving skills and knowledge of school bus drivers.

The International School Bus Safety Roadeo brings together school bus drivers from across the United States and Canada. Dunn will be the only competitor from the Youngstown region at the event.

The competition, in its 51st year, is hosted by the National School Transportation Association (NSTA). The driving portion of the event will take place on Sunday, June 29. Participants will also complete a written test on Saturday, June 28.
