Meijer offering up to 60% off several grocery items throughout summer

Meijer has announced that it is dropping prices on more than 70 Meijer-brand grocery items over the summer.

This promotion kicked off Sunday, May 11 and will continue through Saturday, July 19. Items included are food and drink products like hot dog and burger buns, potato chips, lemonade, freezer pops, s'mores ingredients and canned goods such as baked beans.

These items will be discounted as much as 60% off.

For additional savings, customers can use mPerks, an app that allows customers to earn points on every dollar spent. Those points can be redeemed for coupons or used for additional savings on fuel at Meijer gas stations.

Meijer has several locations in the Mahoning Valley with the newest one opening in Austintown earlier in May. Other Valley locations include Boardman and Niles.
