After a soggy Wednesday evening, more rain is expected on Thursday. An area of low pressure lingering over Lake Erie will lead to rounds of showers and light rain throughout the day. It will also be a chilly day for late-May with high temperatures stuck in the low 50s
Showers will become more scattered Thursday night, and scattered showers will remain a possibility on Friday. While raindrops will be around at times, Friday will generally be a less rainy day than Thursday. High temperatures will struggle to get out of the 50s for the second straight day.
That streak will extend to three days on Saturday with highs in the upper 50s. A few showers cannot be ruled out, but any raindrops should come to an end by Saturday evening. Partial sunshine is expected on Sunday with high temperatures back into the mid-60s.
A mix of sun and clouds will be around for Memorial Day on Monday. It will still be too cold to open up the pool, but you should be able to spend some time outdoors with high temperatures in the 60s. Raindrops will re-enter the forecast on Tuesday and Wednesday.
