A Warren man is accused of recording video of two females using a bathroom at a home has pleaded "not guilty".
According to a police report, Dallas Adam Wilson, 34, of Oak St. SW, was arrested Wednesday and faces two misdemeanor counts of voyeurism, court records show. He was arraigned Thursday morning.
According to a Warren Police Department incident report, officers responded to the Oak Street residence Wednesday afternoon regarding an unwanted person. A woman who also lives at the address told police her boyfriend, Wilson, needed to leave after her daughters discovered videos on his phone.
One of the woman's daughters, whose age was not disclosed in the report, told officers she found a cell phone actively recording while she was using the bathroom. The video allegedly showed Wilson placing the phone to face the toilet before leaving the bathroom. Police said they also viewed this part of the video.
Another video of the phone showed her sister, whose age was also not disclosed, in the bathroom. This video was found in a "deleted folder" and appeared to have been taken on Monday, the report states. The second daughter told police Wilson entered the bathroom after she had used it, just before her sister.
Police took the cell phone as evidence. Wilson was arrested and booked into the county jail.
The court set another hearing for May 30.
As a condition of his bond, Wilson is not permitted to return to the residence except to obtain his personal belongings and vehicle, which must be done with a police escort.
