Former Howland Burger King sold, property to house beauty spa

The former Burger King property on Elm Road in Howland has been sold and a new business is expected to open in the building soon.

According to the Trumbull County Auditor's website, the building was sold to the company JCD Horizon LLC for $600,000 on Wednesday, May 21.

21 News has since learned that the property is going to house a salon and spa called Spa Nails Luxe, which will offer beauty services like nail services, spray tans and more.

There is no time frame for when the business will open since the building was just purchased.
