One lucky Columbiana County lottery player won $20,000 playing VIP millions.
According to the Ohio Lottery, the player is from Minerva. After the mandatory state and federal taxes are taken from the winnings, they will receive $14,400.
The winning ticket was sold at Woodlawn Food Market on Woodlawn Avenue in Canton, Ohio.
VIP Millions is a $50 scratch-off with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of May 23, there are 35 top prizes left in the game.
