One taken to hospital following fire in Campbell

One person has been taken to the hospital following a fire in Campbell.

The fire happened at a home on the 400 Block of Neoka Drive in Campbell Thursday morning. At this time, it is unknown what caused the fire, but one person has been taken to the hospital to be evaluated. Their condition is not known at this time.

Acting Captain Dave Harris tells 21 News the fire was only contained to one room of the house and while some personal belongings were lost, the house should be repairable.

In the meantime, Harris says the house is not inhabitable at this time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation at this time, but it is not believed to be suspcious.
