Fire crews respond to house fire in Warren

Warren City Firefighters responded to a house fire on the 2100 block of Colonial St. on Friday night.

Fire crews were initially tipped off to smoke coming from the house around 10 p.m. before flames were present and the department mobilized.

The fire started on the second floor of the house. The Warren City Fire Department tells 21 News that all inhabitants were able to evacuate the home safely.

Crews were able to contain and extinguish the fire not long after arriving on the scene.
