Lou's Beer & Wine Cellar in Austintown will be put up for auction as the business looks for a new owner.
According to a listing on Kiko Auctions, Lou's Beer & Wine Cellar on Route 46 in Austintown will be put up for auction.
Lou's has been in business for 70 years. Kiko's listing states that the current owner is retiring and the business is looking for someone to take over operations. Once the business has a new buyer, the current owner will assist the new buyers for the first 30 days.
According to the listing, the store specializes in beer and wine, but could expand to offer tobacco products, lottery, convenience items, etc.
The store has a license to sell liquor Monday through Saturday, but does not have a permit to sell wine on Sunday.
Pre-bidding starts on Tuesday, June 24 at 1 p.m. and a webcast with live bidding starts Thursday, June 26 at 1 p.m. Those interested in buying the property can click here to register for the auction.
