The City of Warren is closing some roads downtown for the Trumbull County African American Heritage Festival.
The festival begins on Friday and continues through Sunday.
During that time, all four corners of Courthouse Square will be blocked off starting Thursday at 5:30 p.m. All cars will need to be moved by that time.
Friday's opening ceremony begins at 11 a.m. with vendors, food trucks and entertainment.
A parade is planned for 10:30 a.m. Saturday followed by the Black Veterans Bridge dedication. There will also be a talent show, music, health tents, rides and vendors.
Sunday will feature church choirs and gospel groups.
The festival is open between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. each day.
