The Buhl Regional Health Foundation (BRHF) has partnered with Remote Access Medical (RAM) to begin a two-day long free pop-up dental clinic in Sharon Senior High School on Saturday, June 7.

"We're here doing completely free dental care.  No insurance, no ID required.  We're gonna be doing cleanings, fillings and extractions," said RAM Clinic Coordinator Brad Sands.

A few months ago, BRHF and RAM announced they are seeking dental professionals to volunteer at the clinic.

Sands told 21 News that University of Pittsburgh brought their dental school and hygiene school to help volunteer along with dentists and oral surgeons from the area.

Last year, this pop-up clinic treated almost three hundred people. Patients are treated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The clinic began at 6 a.m. and runs all day. They will be open until the end of day Sunday, June 8.
