Mill Creek MetroParks will be closing High Drive and Bears Den Drive inside the park for renovations starting June 11.
The renovation project will be installing new asphalt, fresh pavement markings and improved shoulders which should improve durability and accessibility for park visitors.
Construction is expected to last around three weeks, weather permitting, with access to the Scholl Pavilion and Chestnut Hill Drive being restricted at various times during the project.
According to Jaime Yohman, the Community Engagement Director, MetroParks works to renovate their roads all throughout the summer with more projects expected to be announced soon.
