Warren man pleads guilty to sexual conduct with 13-year-old girl

A Warren man has pled guilty to sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl on Wednesday.

According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 23-year-old Kamare Evans pled guilty to one third degree felony count of sexual battery.

This charge stems from an incident at a home in Niles back in February when Evans sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. Prosecutors say he gave her alcohol prior to the incident.

A sentencing date for Evans will be set once he undergoes a background investigation by probation officers. 

Evans could face up to five years. He will also be declared a Tier 3 sex offender.
