Red Rican opens second physical location in Campbell

Red Rican, a restaurant and food truck specializing in Puerto Rican cuisine has opened its second physical location.

The second location has opened at 196 McCartney Road in Campbell in the 422 Plaza. 

Red Rican started off as a food truck that traveled to various events throughout the Mahoning Valley. It opened its first physical location in Niles in January of 2025.

The restaurant specializes in Puerto Rican favorites like its "Loaded Rican Rice Bowls," as well as pastelillos, mofongo, rellenos, loaded rellenos and loaded fries.
