Niles man indicted on more than two dozen child sex charges

A Niles man has been indicted on more than two dozen child sex charges.

According to an indictment, 75-year-old Danny McFadden is charged with 17 counts of rape, eight third degree felony counts of gross sexual imposition and one fourth degree felony count of gross sexual imposition.

The indictment states that McFadden's alleged crimes began in 2017 and lasted until May of 2025. The alleged victim in this case was between the ages of five and 12 years old over the course of these alleged crimes.

The indictment does not provide specific details on McFadden's alleged crimes.
