A Struthers man has been indicted after investigators say he dumped leaking gasoline into a storm drain.

According to the indictment, Ron Singh is charged with one count each of illegal storage, treatment or disposal of hazardous waste and water pollution. The indictment states that Singh's alleged crimes happened back in January of 2025.

A representative for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) tells 21 News the incident happened at a gas station on East Midlothian Boulevard in Struthers when gasoline was leaking from a pump.

The EPA alleges that Singh had collected the gas that had leaked from the pump and dumped it in a storm drain. 21 News reached out to the gas station in question for comment and were told that Singh no longer works there.

The Ohio EPA representative tells 21 News Singh has been cooperative with the agency during its investigation, which is still ongoing.

Court records do not show an arraignment date for Singh at this time.
