This weekend, downtown Columbiana was filled with beautiful artistry and music for the first Chalk and Music on Main.

It was a two-day celebration that brought visual art and live music to guests. The event was accompanied by an artisan market filled with local food trucks and vendors selling handcrafted items.

Families and visitors were able to join in on the fun and show off their creativity at the Community Chalk Zone.

Chalk on Main brings nationally renowned artists to display their work in the open-air gallery.

Erik Greenawalt was one of those artists who contributed his work to the event.

"It's one of my favorite local events to be able to participate in," said Greenawalt, "I think the community really gets engaged and involved."

A highlight of the weekend included the unveiling in the Garden of Eatin', which was designed by the Columbiana High School Entrepreneurship Class.
